I was so inspired to do an ice cream themed photoshoot after I put together this outfit this morning, so I called up my friend Nelly after work and we decided to take some photos.  This is the VERY FIRST time Nelly has ever taken photos with a DSLR camera and I'm so proud of her!  She did a great job for a first timer and the photos came out great!  I let her play around with my Canon DSLR and she had so much fun.  Can't wait to do it again!

It was beautiful out and I was inspired to go get some ice cream and take some photos!  Here's a spontaneous fashion shoot I did with my good friend Nelly.

ALEX'S GRAD

It's crazy to see someone you've known for 17 years, someone you've known since they were a baby, walk down the red carpet in their grad dress, looking all grown up.  When I saw Alex step out of the limo and walk down the carpet with her date, those 17 years just all flashed before my eyes. (You know... those moments in movies where they have a realization and a quick capture of years of memories create a 10 second flashback.)


It was great to see all these young, almost high school grads, looking so happy... It's almost the end of the road and into the real world!  I just want to congratulate Alex and her fellow grads of 2012 on making it to the end of their high school years (just one more month to go!) and for whatever journey everyone decides to lead in the months to come!  Enjoy life and go make yourself...This is your time!
